Im Norden von Frankfurt am Main entsteht das Wohnquartier "Im Hilgenfeld". Es besteht aus vier Bauabschnitten (A, B, C, D) mit 53
Mehrfamilienhäuser, z.T. mit Gewerbeeinheiten, sowie einer KiTa. In Summe werden ca. 820 Wohneinheiten entstehen. Die Wärmeversorgung für die Gebäudebeheizung und Warmwasserbereitung des Quartiers soll über ein Nahwärmenetz mit drei Heizzentralen mit einer Wärmeerzeugerleistung von insgesamt ca. 3,5 MW realisiert werden.
