EVN Bulgaria Toplificate has awarded a contract to RTD PROJECTS OOD for project development and author supervision services for the construction of main and distribution heating pipelines, rehabilitation of the heat supply network, and heat supply to buildings in the Eastern region. The scope includes design and supervision for 19 heating pipeline routes, 10 in-building pipelines, 7 rehabilitation routes, 59 subscriber stations, and various specialized supplementary services. The contract was awarded on 3 June 2026 for a value of 329,770.50 EUR.
