Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die Fachplanung für die Erstellung der EW-Bau gemäß RBBau (Stand 2021) für die Errichtung eines Waffenkammergebäudes, die Leistungsphasen 3 – 8 § 55 HOAI anteilig zu vergeben. Das Gebäude stellt u.a. 13 Waffenkammern und 7 Waffenreinigungsräume bereit, das über zwei Hauptzugänge betreten werden kann.
Die Raumanforderungen sind in der bestätigten ES-Bau einschließlich der Prüfbemerkungen enthalten.
