Overview
El Acuerdo Marco establecerá las condiciones que se aplicarán a los sucesivos suministros objeto de este, por un determinado precio unitario, sin que en el momento de la formalización se precise el número de litros o metros cúbicos exactos a suministrar puesto que dicha cantidad estará subordinada a las necesidades del ISM durante el período de vigencia del acuerdo marco. Los contratistas no podrán exigir el suministro de un número determinado de litros o metros cúbicos por un importe mínimo como condición para la formalización del Acuerdo Marco.
