Overview
El objeto de este contrato mixto de servicios y suministro está formado por el suministro de licencias para la detección y respuesta de posibles incidentes de seguridad, de ahora en adelante denominados MDR (managed detection and response), con el objetivo de garantizar la seguridad en los sistemas de información del EPRTVIB, con el alcance y características que se establecen en los pliegos de características técnicas (en lo sucesivo PPT) así como el servicio de centro de operaciones de seguridad, de ahora en adelante llamado SOC (Security Operation Centre) 24x7 referido al equipo responsable de garantizar la seguridad de la información, y, también incluye el servicio profesional de acción in situ en conformidad con las características que lo definen en el PPT.
