Overview
In combinatie met meetinstrumenten worden de halfautomatische probers gebruikt voor het parametrisch testen van afzonderlijke geïntegreerde schakelingen op wafer- of sample-niveau. Het apparaat moet ten minste geschikt zijn voor het testen van micrometerdunne (enkele honderden) tot millimeterdikke samples of wafers met een diameter van 200 mm en 300 mm.
