Overview
Le projet porte sur la restructuration de plusieurs espaces situés au sein du Collège du Portail Rouge à Saint-Etienne. Le projet prévoit le réaménagement des espaces intérieurs mais également la création d'une place PMR sur le parking du R-1.
Le début des prestations est prévu le 2ème trimestre 2025
Une visite complète préalable des lieux est obligatoire pour tous les lots, afin de se rendre compte de visu de la nature exacte des travaux que les entreprises auront à exécuter.
Le délai de validité des offres est fixé à 6 mois
