Gastroenterologie Videomanagement

Universitätsklinikum Köln procured an innovative video management system for medical image and audio transmission in its gastroenterology department, awarded to Olympus Deutschland GmbH on 9 June 2026. The system enables high-quality live streaming and transmission of endoscopic image data across multiple examination and procedure rooms while integrating with existing clinical IT infrastructure and complying with data protection requirements. Installation was completed by 31 March 2026, with the system designed to support clinical workflows, enable efficient management of medical image data, and facilitate communication between treatment teams and external participants.
