Seine-Saint-Denis Department has awarded a 4-year framework agreement for owner's representation services to improve knowledge of its departmental sewerage network, including surveys of difficult-to-access infrastructure and domestic connections. The contract, valued at 21 million EUR, was awarded to CONCEPT ASSAINISSEMENT ENVIRONNEMENT and CONSULTANTS CANALISAT SANS TRANCHEE, and is divided into two lots covering asset knowledge of inaccessible infrastructure and domestic connection surveys.
