Overview
Le présent accord-cadre a pour finalité de définir les attendus de la Région en termes de modalités d'information-conseil en Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience, de construire et déployer en proximité une offre de services dans la continuité des précédents marchés mais aussi dans un souci d'efficience et de lisibilité pour les publics d'introduire une approche globale et intégrée des structures délivrant de l'information sur les territoires : les ERIP et les Services d'Information Conseil-VAE (SIC-VAE).
