La consultation a pour objet : A ce jour, l'aspect dimensionnel (gabarit autorisé 2.30m) et la situation géographique en hypercentre de l'ouvrage interdit toutes saturations à l'intérieur du tunnel Liautaud, ce qui complexifie énormément la circulation au sein de notre commune. Le présent marché vise à constituer un dossier technique à présenter en Préfecture afin d'entériner une congestion dans le tunnel Liautaud. La mission devra être conduite conformément au fascicule 4 du Guide des dossiers de sécurité et notamment au document d'information "étude spécifique des dangers" (ESD).
