Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă achiziționarea de „Servicii de transport aerian“, în funcție de necesități și în limita bugetului alocat/rectificării bugetare, pentru sportivii si personalul CS Dinamo Bucuresti, – clasa economic și în situații excepționale clasa low-cost , pe perioada de 2 ani de la data intrării în vigoare a acordului-cadru. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
