Auf der Belegenheit Leuschnerstraße 13 wird eine neue Stadtteilschule mit Dreifeldsporthalle gebaut. Die Erstellung von ca. 11.000m² Gebäudefläche mit Räumen für den allgemeinen Unterricht, Fachräumen, Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Mensa ist
