The contract, awarded to OLKOP BIS Sp. z o.o. on 24 February 2026 for 1,795,212 PLN, includes supply, loading, transport, and unloading of oil meeting PN-C-96024:2020-12 standards, with a minimum commitment of 50% of the estimated quantity per recipient.
