Sofia University is procuring the development, delivery, and implementation of an integrated intellectual property management and commercialization system for research and development assets. The system will catalogue, classify, and present research intellectual property and assets to academic and industrial stakeholders, support technology transfer and commercialization processes, and function as a national and international information hub. The contract, valued at 92,032.54 EUR, was awarded to ASAP EOOD on 21 May 2026 and includes personnel training and warranty support.
