Overview
La mise en concurrence est réalisée sous forme d'une procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R. 2123 -1 3° du code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à un accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum défini par lot, s'exécutant par émission successive de bons de commandes.
Chaque marché est conclu pour une période initiale allant de sa notification au 31/12/2025.
Chaque marché pourra être reconduit par période d'un an - le nombre maximum de reconductions est fixé à trois pour chacun des lots
