Zajištění vydání stavebního povolení, zajištění činnosti autorského dozoru projektanta, zajištění činnosti koordinátora BOZP a zajištění výkonu technického dozoru stavebníka. Cílem projektu je zlepšit stavebně-technický stav objektů posádkového parku techniky a modernizovat zastaralé a nevyhovující technologie.
