Przebudowa oraz zmiana sposobu użytkowania dworca kolejowego na budynek użyteczności publicznej (o funkcji wystawienniczo-muzealno-naukowej oraz funkcji towarzyszących)

The Municipality of Nowe Skalmierzyce awarded a contract to BUDIMEX S.A. for 35,582,065 PLN to comprehensively rebuild and convert a railway station into a public-use building with exhibition, museum, and scientific functions alongside administrative, office, catering, retail, laboratory, cultural, and educational spaces. The project encompasses design documentation, construction and installation works, demolition of a contemporary connector, partial demolition and reconstruction of an external ramp, site development, and technical infrastructure, with a planned photovoltaic installation, and is co-financed by EU funds under the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027 programme.
