The project, estimated at approximately 33.55 million EUR (2028 baseline), aims to address functional, energy, and technical deficiencies while ensuring barrier-free access, with planning deliverables due by 1 April 2027 and funding provided through federal (60%), state (20%), and GRW (10%) grants plus 10% institutional contribution.
