Das Jobcenter Gelsenkirchen (JC) ist eine gemeinsame Einrichtung der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und der Stadt Gelsenkirchen. Als moderne Sozialbehörde ist das JC für die Umsetzung der Grundsicherung nach § 44b Sozialgesetzbuch II (SGB II) zuständig und benötigt zum Schutz der Mitarbeitenden einen Sicherheitsdienst. November 2025 zu beauftragen und führt zu diesem Zweck das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren durch.
