Deze opdracht omhelst het onderhoud, de herstellingen en het bevrijden van personen uit liften over het VOLLEDIG PATRIMONIUM VAN WOONSPRONG.
Betreft een variabele van 140 liften anno 05/2025.
Gedurende de opdracht:
• Kunnen er liften aan toegevoegd worden (nieuwbouw of na opzeg huidig contract);
• Kunnen liften uit het contract gehaald worden (bv. renovatie van het gebouw of vervangingsbouw)
• Kunnen liften opgeschort worden voor bepaalde tijd (bv. bij vervanging van de bestaande lift,
modernisatiewerken (= periode van de werken + 1 jaar tussen VO en DO)
