BKP 379.0 Ausstattung Sport

Michel Baumanagement GmbH, on behalf of Gemeinde Ittigen, procured the construction and equipment of new sport and leisure facilities as part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the central Rain district, replacing the aging triple gymnasium and multipurpose building with a new two-storey structure integrated into the campus design. The project, awarded to Alder + Eisenhut AG on 26 June 2026 for CHF 366,747, was based on the winning design from a design competition and includes architectural works featuring concrete and wood facades, landscaping improvements, new pedestrian connections, and enhanced green spaces to establish the Rain plaza as a central community gathering point.
