L'accompagnement des Travailleurs Non-Salariés (TNS) bénéficiaires du RSA fera l'objet de deux parcours différents :
- un parcours pour les TNS "Nouveaux entrants" ou les "ré - entrants" dans le dispositif RSA directement orientés vers le prestataire.
- un parcours pour les TNS déjà suivis par les services du Département. Ces derniers seront orientés vers le prestataire en fonction des évaluations réalisées par les travailleurs sociaux
