Begrüdnung: Das Angebot für Los 2 - KIS Orbis musste gemäß § 57 Abs 1 Nr. 3 VgV von der Wertung ausgeschlossen werden. Demnach musste Los 2 aufgehoben werden. Das Vergabeverfahren wurde nur mit Los 1 weiterführt. Die Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt lediglich für Los 1.
