Overview
Die SachsenNetze HS.HD GmbH plant die Erweiterung der bestehenden Lagerkapazitäten am Standort Zschoner Ring 3 in 01723 Wilsdruff OT Kesselsdorf.
Hierfür wird eine neue Lagerhalle mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 6.600m² errichtet, welche direkt an ein bereits vorhandenes Lagergebäude anschließt. Der Neubau der Lagerhalle erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten und soll noch im Jahr 2027 fertiggestellt werden.
Zudem werden ausgewählte technische Anlagen in den bestehenden Gebäudeteilen erneuert. Um den Hallenneubau in das Bestandsgelände wie beschrieben einfügen zu können, sind die angrenzenden Flächen höhenmäßig anzupassen, neu zu befestigen und die Entwässerung sowie Medienanbindung neu herzustellen.
