Tours métropole Val de Loire awarded a framework agreement worth €900,000 on 5 May 2026 to a consortium comprising GPT Les Vers de Tours, Zéro Déchet Touraine, Artefacts, and Régie de Quartier Joué for the supply and delivery of cardboard rolls, individual garden composters, worm composters, shared composters, and rotary composters, along with accompanying services for the development and maintenance of shared composting sites. The contract is structured as separate lots executed through purchase orders at unit prices, and this procurement reissued only lot 5 which remained unallocated from a previous tender launched in October 2025.
