The Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe awarded a framework agreement for environmental monitoring across the Seine-Nord Europe canal project to a consortium of BIOTOPE and ENVISOL/GEOTEC for €5,000,000 on 12 June 2026. The contract covers ecological monitoring over sectors 1–6 of the project area, compensation sites outside the project perimeter, and environmental observatory monitoring, split into two lots: biodiversity (Lot 1) and soil, water, and construction nuisance controls (Lot 2).
