Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte - Objektplanung Gebäude

Landkreis Nienburg/Weser has awarded architectural planning services to Hausmann Architektur GmbH for the modernisation of Oberschule Uchte. The project involves developing a comprehensive plan to renovate the school's six main building sections (constructed in the 1930s–1960s) and reduce the usable floor area from approximately 6,000 m² to 4,000 m² while implementing a revised space programme approved by the district council, with various implementation options including possible demolition of 2–3 sections and construction of a more compact new building. The modernisation is to be completed by 2030 while maintaining school operations.
