Restructuration du bâtiment de Chimie B6a

The University of Liège is undertaking a major restructuring of the 1970s Chemistry Building B6a, which has been awarded to ANALIS sa and LES ENTREPRISES MOURY sa for €30.2 million (awarded 2 July 2026). The work comprises heavy renovation of the North and West wings (including demolition to concrete structure, envelope replacement, complete interior reconfiguration, and conversion of West to laboratories and North to offices), lighter renovation of the South wing (window and roof replacement, compliance upgrades), and renovation of surroundings and underground parking, divided into two lots covering demolition, structural work, finishes, technical systems, and laboratory furniture, with phased execution to maintain operational continuity.
