Overview
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Abholung, Sortierung, gegebenenfalls Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung der täglich anfallenden adressierten Briefsendungen der Soluvia gemäß den Bestimmungen des Postrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (PostModG) in der Fassung vom 18.7.2024 sowie der Leistungsbeschreibung. Bei der Tagespost handelt es sich ausschließlich um Briefsendungen gemäß § 3 Ziffer 6. PostModG. Presseerzeugnisse und inhaltsgleiche Massensendungen mit verlängerten Zustellfristen sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Leistungsbeschreibung.
