Overview
Die Gemeinde Taufkirchen hat aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage beschlossen ein Neubau für nachschulische Betreuung (Hort) am Winninger Weg zu errichten. Vergeben werden die Grundleistungen, Leistungsphasen 1-9 des Leistungsbildes Technische Ausrüstung §§ 53ff. HOAI-Anlagengruppe 1, 2 und 3 sowie an Besonderen Leistungen die Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung im Rahmen der Gewährleistung. Die Beauftragung wird gemäß HIV-KOM stufenweise erfolgen: Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1, 2 u. 3 (Leistungsphase 4 nur in Anlagengruppe 1) Stufe 2: Leistungsphase 5 Stufe 3: Leistungsphasen, 6 u. 7 Stufe 4: Leistungsphasen 8 u. 9
