Die städtische Wohnbau Backnang GmbH plant auf der Gemarkung Waldrems in der Neckarstraße 25 sozial geförderten Wohnraum nach dem Landeswohnraumförderungsgesetz Baden-Württemberg (LWoFG BW) in Verbindung mit dem Wohnraumförderungsprogramm "Wohnungsbau Baden-Württemberg 2022" (VwV-Wohnungsbau BW 2022, in der zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung gültigen Fassung) zu schaffen. Die vergabegegenständliche Leistung umfasst die zur Errichtung des Bauvorhabens erforderliche Planungsleistung des Leistungsbildes "Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume" nach §§ 33-37 iVm Anlage 10 HOAI.
