Încheierea unui acord cadru pentru furnizarea de MEDICAMENTE pentru activitatea medicală din cadrul spitalului, structurate în 169 loturi. Lista loturilor cu descrierea fiecărui lot în parte, cu cantități și valori estimate aferente atât pentru contractele minime și maxime ale contractelor subsecvente cât și pentru acordul cadru sunt precizate în Anexa 1 – Secțiunea III Caiet de sarcini. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile
