Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S procured technical advisory and planning services for the development of five recreational public spaces in Ørestad Syd, comprising three subtasks: consulting and design for spaces 1, 2, and 4 based on approved proposals; consulting and design for space 3 following the sale of an adjacent building plot; and consulting and design for space 5 based on existing tender materials. The contract, valued at 2,900,000 DKK, was awarded to Sweco Danmark A/S on 8 June 2026 and covers technical guidance, tender and execution design, site supervision, project follow-up, handover to operation, and one year of post-completion inspection, with execution planned from June 2026 to December 2027.
