Overview
Lepingu eesmärgiks on leida Põltsamaa lossikompleksile soojateenuse pakkuja vastavalt lisatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele.
Hetkel pakub soojateenust lossile Orkla Eesti AS, kuid tarnitav soojahulk (temperatuur) ei ole kompleksile piisav. Läbi lossi soojasõlme saab oma kütte ka Põltsamaa Niguliste kirik.
Kokku on köetavat pinda lossis 2300 m2 ja lisaks tuleb tagada soojusenergia pakkumine kirikule.
Lepingut võib osapoolte kokkuleppel pikendada 5 + 5 aastat.
