2025 und Sommer 2026 in einem 1. Bauabschnitt saniert werden. Die Sanierung beinhaltet: a) eine energetische Sanierung des obersten Dachs und die Wärmedämmung der Bühnenturm-Fassade b) Sanierung der RWA- Anlagen c) Installation einer Fassaden-Photovoltaik-Anlage
