The City of Wavre awarded a construction works contract valued at approximately €18.99 million to ENTREPRISES GENERALES DHERTE and SA TRBA on 22 January 2025. The scope includes construction of a new municipal technical hub, a municipal logistics pole, creation of communal roadway infrastructure, a public parking lot with 92 spaces, and demolition with asbestos removal of a building, all located in the Wastinne area of Wavre. The project encompasses administrative and technical facilities, internal circulation routes, a cycle-pedestrian path connecting to regional mobility networks, and associated site infrastructure and landscaping.
