Overview
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Neubau des Parkhauses für die Technische Universität München in Garching bei München, am nördlichen Ende der Friedrich-Ludwig-Bauer-Straße. Die Errichtung des Parkhauses soll durch einen Generalübernehmer erfolgen. Leistung des GÜ ist die schlüsselfertige Planung, Genehmigung, Errichtung, behördliche Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme des vollfunktionsfähigen Parkhauses und beinhaltet alle hierfür erforderlichen Planungs-, Genehmigungs- und Bauleistungen vollumfänglich.
