Neubau Adolph-Kolping-Berufsschule Bamberg – Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8, gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI // LPH 1-9

Kolping-Schulwerk gGmbH Bamberg awarded BAE GmbH a contract on 29 April 2026 for technical building systems design services (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8) for the new Adolph-Kolping vocational school in Bamberg. The project involves construction of a vocational training facility with approximately 9,900 m² gross floor area and a sports hall, with total project costs estimated at €54 million and completion targeted for Q2 2031. The contract is structured in phases, with initial assignment of HOAI performance phases 1–2 and subsequent phases to be called off, with performance commencing in April 2026.
