Entreprenad Gullvivan – Skaftö Trygghetsboende i Partnering

LysekilsBostäder AB procured design and conversion work on the Gullvivan property in Fiskebäckskil to create supported housing for elderly, with an estimated value of 60 million SEK. The project required maintaining existing operations and tenants throughout the construction period across the 2,016 m² building, including downsizing municipal home care services while preserving nine private rental apartments. The contract was awarded on 31 October 2025 to a consortium of six contractors (Brixly AB, DC Wäst AB, Hansson & Söner Entreprenad Aktiebolag, PC Gruppen Sweden AB, Rune Adielsson Byggnads AB, and Serneke Construction West AB) for 20 million SEK, and the project is now complete.
