SA ERILIA sought architectural and engineering services for a new residential construction project at 69 Avenue Edmond Foucré in Saint-Loubes, comprising 25 dwellings (18 collective and 7 individual units) with 38 parking spaces and an estimated works budget of €2.76 million. The scope included base design services from the APD phase onwards, with supplementary missions for G2PRO, G4, partial execution phase, and on-site supervision, targeting CERQUAL NF HABITAT certification and a 17-month construction timeline. BYAA ARNAUD ARCHITECTES was awarded the contract on 5 May 2026 for €171,640.
