Luleå kommun has awarded a framework agreement for technical consulting services in building and installation design, covering eight specialised areas including cooling, electrical, control systems, sprinkler, ventilation, water/wastewater, piping and mechanical, and heating/sanitation projects. The contract, valued at 58 million SEK, has been awarded to eleven consultancy firms (AFRY Infrastructure AB, Norconsult Sverige AB, Nordprojektering El AB, Nordprojektering i Luleå VVS Aktiebolag, Rejlers Sverige AB, Relitor Engineering AB, SWECO Sverige AB, Structor VVS-konsulter i Norr AB, Tyréns Sverige AB, WELS Sverige AB, and WSP Sverige AB) to provide independent project management, planning, coordination, investigation and control services across early stages, planning, feasibility studies, design and implementation phases.
