Gesucht wird für anwendungsorientierte wissenschaftliche Grundlagenforschung ein Elektronenstrahl-Laboranlage der Generation 2 (Neugerät oder Vorführgerät (maximal 1 Jahr alt)) zur Bestrahlung von Probengrößen bis zu DIN A4 Größe mit niederenergetischen Elektronen per "Elektronenvorhang". Die Bedienung der Maschine soll per PC über eine entsprechende Steuerungssoftware erfolgen. Dazu wird im Forschungsbereich "Oberflächen poröser Memb-ranfilter" des Leibniz-Instituts für Oberflächenmodifizierung e.V. (Wissenschaftspark Permos-erstr. 15, Leipzig) der Kauf einer neuen Elektronenstrahl-Laboranlage inklusive der Lieferung, Installation und Einweisung in den Anlagenbetrieb ausgeschrieben.
