Fourniture, livraison, aide au déballage et classement de manuels scolaires papiers pour les établissements d'enseignement de la Région Occitanie

The Région Occitanie has awarded a framework agreement for the supply, delivery, unpacking assistance, and organization of paper school textbooks to educational establishments across the Occitanie region, valued at €5,400,000 and awarded on 4 May 2026. Four booksellers—ALIZÉ-SFL/Société Française du Livre, ARTEMIS, LIBRAIRIE EMLS, and SARL TORCATIS LIBRAIRIE PAPETERIE—were selected to provide textbooks for students in secondary and vocational programmes (grades 7–12 and equivalent vocational qualifications) across public and private schools under contract in all Occitanie departments. The framework operates through purchase orders on a per-lot basis, with pricing set at unit rates.
