Brněnské komunikace a.s. awarded a contract to Recovera Využití zdrojů a.s. for 838,100 CZK on 24 June 2026 to collect and utilize biodegradable waste (BRO) and to collect, transport, and utilize or dispose of sludge from storm drain sumps. The procurement comprises two parts: Part 1 covers acceptance and utilization of approximately 337 tonnes per year of various biodegradable wastes including plant material, wood, and wood-based waste generated during road maintenance; Part 2 covers collection, transport, and treatment of approximately 300 tonnes per year of hazardous sludge from storm drain treatment fields using biological decontamination processes.
