PO tarptautinio atviro konkurso būdu numato įsigyti dantų implantus, protezavimo dalis, dantų implantacijos pagalbinius instrumentus. Pirkimas skiadomas į 4 pirkimo dalis. 1-3 dalių laimėtojas panaudos būdu turės pateikti implantacijos grąžtų rinkinį (rinkinys sterilizuojamoje kasetėje) ir atsuktuvėlių rinkinį implantų ir protezų detalėms atsukti, skirtus pasiūlyto gamintojo implantų naudojimui ir jų atitikimui.
