Le marché a pour objet les prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective ainsi que les Travaux Spécifiques (TS) avec obligation de résultat de l’ensemble des installations de télégestion dans les immeubles de la Commission européenne en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et environs. Ce marché est divisé en plusieurs lots spécifiques, chaque lot étant établi en fonction du système installé:
Lot 1 : Honeywell ;
Lot 2 : Johnson Controls ;
Lot 3 : Siemens ;
Lot 4 : Sauter.
