Comuna Tamboesti awarded a contract to Arhestia Concept SRL and Skyvista Invest SRL on 30 June 2026 for 7,372,354.39 RON to design, provide technical assistance, and construct two blocks (C1 and C2) of a social housing complex in Tamboesti commune, Vrancea county. The scope includes design services (technical project, execution design, and permits), designer technical assistance during construction and warranty periods, and execution of construction works, funded by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration under a multi-year social housing programme.
