Overview
Das ehemalige Bahnhofsgebäude Langerwehe im Eigentum der Gemeinde soll saniert und nachgenutzt werden. Ziel des Strukturwandelprojektes ist die Schaffung eines nachhaltigen und klimagerechten Gebäudes als Eingangstor in das Indeland und zentraler Anlaufpunkt des Bahnhofsquartiers.
Gegenstand der Leistung sind gem. Anlage 10 zu § 34 HOAI die vollständigen Grundleistungen der Objektplanung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3.
Optionale Leistungen dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungsphasen 4 bis 9.
