Overview
Hankemenetluse eesmärgiks on rajada Jõhvi Äripargi territooriumile hiljemalt 2026. aasta augustiks kaasaegse loometööstuse taristu koos audiovisuaalse tööstuse vajadustele vastava stuudiote kompleksiga vastavalt eelprojektile.
Pakkujad peavad hankemenetluses osaledes arvestama sellega, et Jõhvi Äripargi territooriumil toimub paralleelselt lisaks kaks ehitustööd: 1) digi- ja multimeedia inkubatsioonikeskuse rajamine ja 2) tehnilise taristu rajamine (rh vt 282878). Selle tõttu peab pakkuja arvestama, et töömaad võivad lepingu täitmise perioodil kattuda ning neid tuleb majandada heas usus koostöös teiste ettevõtetega.
Käesoleva menetluse raames peab pakkuja arvestama ajutise juurdepääsu tee ehitamisega, mida saab teha näiteks Tallinn-Narva maanteelt.
